Great ebike but I suggest them to reduce weight because weight is higher than their peers, add full fold option by allowing it to make half, add throttle, add it at least 3 speed to climb up and down the hill, and consider to remove the battery even from the seatpost (battery removable from the seatpost itself). Besides, adjustable handle would be a nice modification to have. Please consider.

The bike was shipped very quickly, and received in excellent condition. I am familiar with bikes, so the assembly was quick and easy, about an hour. I did my first check ride today, gears and brakes need almost no adjustment, just little tweeks here and there. Brakes are great, no adjustments needed. I have to say, just the customer service alone gets this bike a 5/5 stars in my book. I mean, way to stand behind your product! Well done guys!
