All right today we’re going to be doing a review on this DYU bike that they sent us over to check out and give our opinions on it.
So to start off this is going to have a 10 AH hour battery it’s going to take about five hours to fully charge if it’s dead. it’s going to come with a 250-watt motor, that’s going to peak at about 550 watts, with 10-newton meters of torque, this bike with the pedal assist on, you’re going to get anywhere from 30 to 37 miles. if you’re throttling it probably cut that in half top speed is going to be around 15.5 miles an hour and we weighed it inside, we got 43 pounds but the website states it is 37. don’t know if i believe it.
It’s gonna come with these 14-inch wheels, an integrated headlight, and also mechanical disc brakes, this bike is going to have a weight capacity of about 265 pounds and it is definitely a fun little bike. it retails right now for about 505, et’s uh let’s get some rides going and let’s get some opinions on this thing
All right kid, what did you think about that Dyu bike, you know it’s a fun bike I really liked it on my test ride I had a pretty genuine laugh on it but I don’t know I could definitely see myself riding it for the price tag, but if it was a little more probably would buy for the price of that, I really like it and I think it’s a great bike to and it’s pretty versatile with you being able to pick it up you can definitely carry if you could if you owned one what do you see yourself using it for while driving I don’t live that far from work okay so driving just from my house to work I think I could definitely make that distance perfect and then be able to just kind of pick it up bring it inside, goes get some lunch with it possibly just I mean it’s fun to try it around because, yeah cool perfect man I appreciate it, thank you.
Get it fun little, in my opinion,oh yeah, put a smile on your face would you ever see you using this I mean you personally would you ever see using this as a form of transportation or as like last-mile situation yeah if I had a friend that lived a mile away I’m gonna ride this to his house exactly, okay yeah but not like a 15-20 mile ride, not to commute to work okay, awesome yeah thank you.
He was moving what are your thoughts? it’s pretty fun what would this be used for in your opinion like hopping off the light rail making the last-mile commute to work.
Lord i can’t yep this thing, it’s after doing a couple laps mark what are your thoughts on this bike perfect for putting it on the light rail, taking finishing off going to the office,ce or just doing an easy little commute instead of those scooters that you can’t control or you know nearly kill everybody as you exit down the street this one does a whole lot better a lot more control. Actually feels good awesome thank you
Mark, oh yeah, in all honesty, for this being a budget bike this thing is really fun everyone in the store who’s written it so far thinks it’s fun.
The purpose for this bike most likely is gonna be your last commute you get off the train, you’re leaving school and you have a one to two-mile ride this is what you’re gonna ride.
Super fun, you can’t take yourself very seriously on it because i mean look at it but it’s a blast all right Bowden after riding the DYU, what are your first what are your impressions on it um i like it a lot.
It’s a fun ride definitely not too much, power and uh but it’s fun to zip around, pretty easy to haul around stuff like that if you own that bike how could you see yourself using it.
um small commute maybe a couple miles, going doing little things but um yeah, perfect thank you appreciate it, the dyu.
