The traditional Chinese Spring Festival is tiptoeing with the cold weather and snowflakes. DYU will have a huge holiday for celebration. DYU factory and its shipping agents will stop work for holidays. And we will stop shipping packages and reduce customer service during Spring Festival Holiday except for European countries. The 2021 Chinese New Year Holiday Schedule as below is just for your reference:
1. Chinese New Year Holiday: Feb. 8 to Feb. 18, 2021
Please note that there will be slower customer service during the holidays. Customer service will be normally available from Feb. 19. We still work in Feb. 6 – 7. Holiday responses from sales would be slower than normal workdays.
2. We highly recommend you to place your orders ASAP. It will take longer days for shipping during the Spring Festival.
3. We have enough stocks of DYU D3F in the European operation center. And European warehouse works don’t celebrate the Chinese New Year so DYU European sales will run normally.
